Card Personalization & Fulfillment

Physical cards can be personalized with name and PAN inscription:

• Plastic PVC Cards: $3.45 per card
• Metal Cards: $5.10 per card

Metal cards incur an additional $0.99 fee for custom packaging.

All physical card shipping addresses must contain only Latin characters, numbers, and basic punctuation. Non-Latin characters (such as Chinese, Arabic, Cyrillic, or accented characters like é, ñ, ü) are not supported and will cause validation errors.

Supported characters: a-z A-Z 0-9 . , # ' / & ( ) ° -

If your address contains non-Latin characters, you’ll need to romanize the address (convert characters to their Latin equivalents) before submitting.

How much does it cost to ship physical cards?

Individual shipping costs vary by destination and method:

• Domestic USA: $1.89 (USPS Standard) to$13.99 (FedEx Express)
• International: $6.00 (USPS) to$60.00 (DHL), plus country-specific fees for APC shipping

Bulk shipping (up to 250 cards) costs $99.99 for both domestic and international destinations.

What should I do if a user needs to change their shipping address after submitting it?

Once an address is submitted, it cannot be changed.

Solution: Instruct the user to request a new card using the correct shipping address.

What’s the difference between shipping methods?

• Tracked methods (FedEx, DHL) provide real-time tracking and faster delivery
• Untracked methods (USPS, APC) are more economical but don’t include tracking
• APC ParcelConnect offers the most economical international option with country-specific pricing

Are there additional fees for metal cards?

Yes, metal cards have an additional $0.99 fee for custom packaging on top of the base shipping cost.

Why am I getting a validation error for my shipping address?

All physical card shipping addresses must contain only Latin characters, numbers, and basic punctuation.
