Raindrops

Refund a travel redemption

Refunds a completed travel redemption and marks it REFUNDED. For PARTNER_ONCHAIN, Rain only updates redemption status and sends raindrop_redemption.refunded; the partner updates the user balance in its own system. For PARTNER_OFFCHAIN and rain-managed programs, Rain records the refund balance adjustment. Only COMPLETED travel redemptions are eligible; repeat calls after the redemption is no longer completed generally return 404, while races or duplicate adjustment conflicts can return 409.
