report.created webhook

Added the report.created webhook. This webhook is triggered when the processor’s BIN report files have arrived in Rain’s storage servers and are available for download.

This webhook applies to BIN-Sponsorship Programs only.

Reports for the previous day are available at 3pm EDT. Use the report date fields (year, month, day) along with the format to fetch the report via the Get a tenant’s report API endpoint.
