# Physical Card Shipping

This page covers frequently asked questions about shipping costs and address changes for physical Rain cards.

## Card Personalization & Fulfillment

Physical cards can be personalized with name and PAN inscription:

* **Plastic PVC Cards**: \$3.45 per card
* **Metal Cards**: \$5.10 per card

> All physical card shipping addresses must contain only Latin characters, numbers, and basic punctuation. Non-Latin characters (such as Chinese, Arabic, Cyrillic, or accented characters like é, ñ, ü) are not supported and will cause validation errors.

> **Supported characters**: `a-z A-Z 0-9 . , # ' / & ( ) ° -`
>
> If your address contains non-Latin characters, you'll need to romanize the address (convert characters to their Latin equivalents) before submitting.

  **Individual shipping** costs vary by destination and method:

  **Bulk shipping** (up to 250 cards) costs \$99.99 for both domestic and international destinations.
