# Restrictions

> Eligibility requirements and country restrictions for Rain embedded wallets.


Read this page before you design screens. Most of the items here are deliberate product boundaries rather than bugs, and each one has a UI consequence.

## Eligibility

* **Program enablement.** The embedded wallet is in private beta. Ask your account manager to include your program before building against it.

## Partner responsibilities

Partners offering Rain embedded wallets are responsible for:

* Conducting appropriate due diligence on wallet holders.
* Preventing prohibited individuals and entities from accessing Rain's wallet services.
* Monitoring wallet activity for compliance with Rain's Wallet Standards.
* Reporting suspicious activity or violations of these standards to Rain's compliance team.

## Restricted countries

Rain partners cannot offer embedded wallet services to individuals who reside in, or businesses whose principal place of business is located in, any of the following countries or regions.

Restrictions in Ukraine apply only to the specified regions. The country code is provided for reference and does not indicate a restriction covering all of Ukraine.
